I am a fully qualified sports & remedial massage therapist with a range of experience of gym-based activity, competitive sport (squash, tennis, swimming, cycling, running, triathlon) and dance.
Qualifications & professional membership
I trained as a sports & remedial massage therapist at the London School of Sports Massage in 2003.
I am a member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM) and I am fully insured by Balens. I regularly attend workshops and courses to improve my treatments.
Recent courses include further study on Deep Tissue Massage with Art Riggs.

Sports experience
I am a competitive triathlete (swim, cycle, run races) and have competed at the World Age-Group Triathlon Championships in Montreal, Perth, Edmonton, Cancun, Hawaii, Vancouver, Budapest, Auckland and London. I’ve also completed half Ironman triathlons and a full Ironman triathlon in Sherborne, Dorset.
